2014 年11月13日・14日に英国ロンドンで開催された「CR報告とコミュニケーションサミット」に参加いたしました。Participated in “CR Reporting and Communication” Summit in London organised by Ethical Corporation

この会議はEthical Corporation（エシカル・コーポレーション）の主催で、欧州・北米、南米などから約110人の企業のCSO・CSR/サステナビリティ部長/マネージャー/担当者・CSR報告書・コミュニケーション担当者・広報担当者、ESG投資家、コンサルタント、第三者評価機関、大学関係者、またGRI、IIRCなどからも参加しています。
この会議では、「誰に対しての報告なのか」「効果的なステークホルダー・エンゲージメント」「GRI G4と統合フレームワーク」「ストーリーテリング」「マテリアリティ」などのプレゼンテーションがなされ、マークス＆スペンサー、テスコ、RBS、ブルームバーグなどの企業のケーススタディも提示されました。また最近のソーシャルメディアを使用したトレンド、ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションについての効果的な使用方法なども興味深く活用が進んでいる事例から学ぶことができました。
この会議を踏まえて、海外でのCSR報告書に関して、またステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション/エンゲージメントについてメディア、また、セミナーなどを通じて日本へお伝えしたいと思っています。

This conference proposed “Where is reporting heading”, “What makes an effective stakeholder engagement”, “GRI G4 and IR frameworks”, “Corporate story telling”, and “Materiality”. Companies, like M&S, Tesco, RBS, and Bloomberg, gave speeches about their case studies. This conference also gave us trend of social media and effectively use of social media in CR reporting and communication with stakeholders to demonstrate sustainability efforts.
